With over 30 years’ experience of manufacturing autoclaves for many different applications, Prestige Medical works very closely together with our Distribution and Service Partners, building successful business relationships for our partners and their customers.
Having access to sector legislation and government guidelines for all sterilization requirements, our Distribution and Service Partners can develop further industry based knowledge to support their client base.
All of our Distribution Partners are given full product training to ensure that correct guidance is passed to their end user. This is further backed by full access to our marketing and sales collateral along with regular updates regarding product enhancements, additions to our product portfolio and developments with Prestige Medical.
Prestige Medical is also proud to support our Service Partners in the UK. We view our Service Partners as an extension to our own team of dedicated service engineers.
Our Service Partners cover the same industry sectors as our own engineering team and will provide service and maintenance for your Prestige Medical equipment to the same exacting standards as you would expect from a Prestige Medical engineer.
As a Service Partner, you will be provided with in depth training at our facility in Blackburn, Lancashire. With access to our Technical Service Manager, genuine spare parts, software updates and our highly skilled engineering team, you can be assured that Prestige Medical will help you build a successful relationship with your clients. Full support is provided on an ongoing basis, once your initial training has been completed.
